It's really cumbersome to put

Fits Great, Well Made
"The X- Small harness fits my 3 month old Jack Russell Terrier perfectly when adjusted to the smallest size possible. Hopefully as the JRT grows the the harness can be adjusted larger so that it can be used for several more months. The harness is easy to put on the puppy and has sturdy clips. I highly recommend the product."
Measurement problem
"I like this a lot. What I do not like is that the sizes on the harness do not match what is online. My first harness fit by website measurements but was too big in real life. This new one which by website measurement should be small fits with space to spare. It is hard to determine size from bad information. Perhaps you should look at this"

"Runs small. Hard to fit some mixed breeds if the item is on the website but not in the store. Buy, return, buy return, it's a drag. But everything they had in the store had decorative images or "bling" I didn't want or only XL etc and measurements are iffy. The product is okay, but I would not have bought it if it had been in the store and I could have seen it first. Recommended for Small dogs, not medium."
